SHIPPING -We try to ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
Discounted merchandise may take an additional day to process.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please keep a proof of purchase receipt from the post office for any returned items
If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, or a refund. Please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for the return, and please let us know what you would like in return.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / STORE CREDITS-
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. We do offer exchanges within the UK, but we don't offer any exchanges for international orders, however you can receive a refund, so you can replace the order for the item you would like in exchange. Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
SALE ITEMS -
Unfortunately there are no returns for items on sale. All sale items are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If sale items are returned without authorization from our customer service, it will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return.
